Dock Side Studio

Conveniently located on the waterfront between the Banana Bay and the Fish Hook Marinas on the Golfito Bay. Furnished with everything you need for total comfort. Queen bed & auxiliary twin bed. Located at Tierra Mar's dock, a tourist outpost for 2 decades, the atmosphere is simple "pura vida" with every resource at your fingertips for the asking. Excellent for the single traveler or couple. Taxi service round the clock. Bus & air strip close. Hot shower, AC, mini-kitchen, wifi, cable TV.

The space
4 well behaved, small “rescue dogs” in residence on the dock and in the common areas. 😉 Do NOT tell them they aren’t "in charge". They believe otherwise.

Other things to note
The mini-galley in the Dockside Studio is designed for simple quick meal and snack prep only. Microwave recipes, sandwiches, sliced fruit, cereal, cold dishes and toast are examples. No cook top is offered and the installation or use of additional electric kitchen equipment (hot plates, rice cookers, crockpots, etc) are strictly prohibited. For bookings of one week or more we can provide access to the dockside BBQ area with a well equipped gas grill and a burner with basic saucepans and tools.
