Best Value lodging in the Marina zone, central to everything. No car required to get around. Fantastic bayview porch. A few steps to the marina restauants, bars and moorings. Good choice for transiting to the airport or a bus connection. Popular selection for singles and our "repeat guests" often in for a 3 day visa renewal or sportfishing day..... If you want to be in the waterfront area on a budget, this is a great selection with very little compromise. Compare us to local marina rates.

The space
Room with a View! This small studio-guestroom is located on the hillside above Banana Bay Marina, one block from Golfito's town center. Furnished with a double bed, bathroom and a small snack nook including a coffeemaker, mini-refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Private and secure patio entry overlooking our gardens. Air Conditioned, hot water and Wi-Fi. Great for a single or cozy couple. Hotel-Style attendance and services.

Guest access
Private porches and our waterfront patio-dock at the Tierra Mar Cruiser clubhouse facility across the street give lovely options for morning coffee, sunsets and general outdoor living where guests can relax with a coffee, their laptop or the company of other guests and locals.....

Other things to note
The mini-galley in the Vista Villa Studio is designed for simple quick meal and snack prep only. Microwave recipes, sandwiches, sliced fruit, cereal, cold dishes and toast are examples. No cook top is offered and the installation or use of additional electric or gas kitchen equipment (hot plates, rice cookers, crockpots, etc) are strictly prohibited. Thank you in advance for respecting this regulation for reasons of safety and practicality.
This little efficiency unit is not set up appropriately for safety or comfort with infants or toddlers and we can’t enthusiastically promote it as a choice for families. In the event a family reservation request is processed, note that infants are counted as a guest and our capacity is strictly limited to 2 persons.
