Born and raised in Golfito, Costa Rica, David has a lifelong connection to the community and a deep understanding of what makes this area such a special place to live, visit, and invest.
 

After spending 12 years in San José, David and his wife, Daniela, made the decision to return to Golfito and raise their daughter, Paula, in the place they have always considered home.
 

With a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Tourism, David brings together business experience, local knowledge, and a practical, hands-on approach to property management and real estate. As part of the LandSea team, he works closely with property owners, local service providers, contractors, accountants, and other professionals to help keep properties well managed and owners informed, especially when they are away from Costa Rica.
 

His knowledge of Golfito goes beyond knowing the area. It means understanding how things get done locally, who to call, what to look out for, and how to communicate clearly between owners and the people caring for their properties.
 

Whether overseeing a property, coordinating improvements, helping prepare a vacation rental, or assisting a client through a real estate decision, David's approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, protect the client's interests, and recommend what genuinely makes sense for the property.
 

For David, working in Golfito isn't simply about doing business here. It's about taking care of people, properties, and a community he is proud to call home.
